Vocal Performance: AGES 5 to 16
Classes run Wednesdays; 6 pm to 7:00 pm
Tuition is $145 per month.

Vocal Performance class. There will be no recording session during this class.

TUITION
Tuition is for the group class for the first student. Each student after the first student receives a 10% discount per class. Discount only applies when registering for the same classes. Supplies included.

*** IMPORTANT*** MINIMUM ENROLLMENT
Class may begin with a minimum enrollment of one student. However, should this occur, the class will function as a private 30-minute class until a second student enrolls, at which time, the class will expand to 1 hour. At any time, should the class drop back down to a single student, the class will again revert back to the 30-minute private lesson. There will be no price reductions or credits. If you have questions regarding the minimum enrollment policy, please reach out PRIOR to completing registration.

COMPLETING THE FORM when enrolling:

ENROLLING ONE STUDENT
The first student's information "Attendee" is located at the top of the form. Enter the child's name, not yours. Your name is entered later. Complete the form. Select all checkboxes for the classes the student is enrolling in. Complete the payment process and you are done! You will receive a receipt by email. 

ENROLLING MULTIPLE STUDENTS:  
After completing the first student registration, you will get a "Register another person" button. Clicking on "Register another person" presents you with another pre-filled registration form to modify as needed. You can repeat this flow as many times for as many students as you are registering for this set of classes.

REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE AND STUDENT(S) WILL NOT BE PLACED ON THE CLASS LIST UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

DISCOUNTS 
The first child pays full tuition. Each child enrolled after the first will receive a 10% discount for enrollment. Discount only applies to enrollment in the same class. For example, if both students enrolled in an art class, the second student would receive a 10% discount.

NEW STUDENTS
New students begin at the first lesson in the month. However, students may begin at any time during the month. We do not prorate.

ABSENCES AND TARDIES
No refunds or credits

MAKE-UPS
Only eligible students may attend the makeup class. To qualify as eligible, students must have notified the instructor of absence to be placed on the makeup list. No-shows (without notification of pending absence) are not eligible for make-up.

RENEWS AT REGULAR FLAT MONTHLY PRICING
No long-term contract. Future lessons will be invoiced at a monthly flat rate and payment is due on the 1st of each month, whether or not the student attends the first lesson of the month. The class takes place 4 times per month and 5th week serves as a makeup lesson day for eligible students.

NO REFUND POLICY
Your registration and tuition reserve your child’s place in a class and allows BlackBox Music & Arts to purchase supplies and contract staff. All tuition is non-refundable except in the case of BlackBox cancellation. 

WHAT IF MY STUDENT CAN NOT ATTEND CLASS?
If your student is unable to attend the class they enrolled in, you have a few options prior to the first day of class.
• transfer the student to a different class and or day/time if low enrollment is not an issue. 
• place your funds "on account" for a period of 60 days. Funds will be forfeited after 60 days of non-use.
• transfer the funds or the class spot to another student "attendee" as long as all proper forms have been submitted prior to the start of class

CLASS CANCELLATIONS
Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not attained. BlackBox reserves the right to cancel low-enrollment workshops when necessary, as well as change the time, dates, and locations of class offerings.

If a class is canceled, every effort will be made to notify participants by phone, text, and/or email prior to the first session. For canceled classes, a full refund will be granted or the participant may request to be transferred to another class on a space–available basis.
