BlackBox Music & Arts

Along with acting, participants will learn how to design a production project from script, to choosing a location, shooting, and lighting. They will discover the steps behind pre / post production work. Students will be introduced to tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects for creating high-quality products.

May 1, 8, 15, 22, (closed Memorial day May 29) - June 5, 12, 19, 26

6pm to 8pm

CLASS DAYS: Classes take place every Monday

LATE STARTS ARE ACCEPTED BY ARE NOT PRORATED. The instructor will make all efforts to catch the student up by providing handouts and or homework.

Tuition PLUS $50 annual registration (1x per family per year) plus tuition. You must choose the registration fee if you are not already a member. Enrollment is not complete until full tuition and annual registration are paid.

MAKEUPS: Thre are no makeups for missed classes. The instructor will attempt to keep students up to speed as best as possible with handouts and assignments if classes are missed due to illness.

MINIMUM ENROLLMENTS OR ATTENDANCE: Class may occasionally drop to an enrollment of one student due to absences. Should this occur, the class will function as a private one-on-one 60-minute class until a second student returns at which time the class will expand to regularly scheduled hrs. At any time should the class drop back down to a single student the class will again revert back to the 60-minute private lesson. There will be no price reductions or credits given that private classes are one-on-one classes with the teacher's time dedicated solely to one student.

TEACHER ABSENCE: The teacher may schedule a makeup, or a substitute may be provided in case of instructor absence, without notice.
